The rooms located on the first floor enjoy an advantaged view of the whole structure, embracing the farmhouse courtyard, the lawn opposite, and the evocative Tobacco Room.

A spacious living room welcomes our guests in a warm feel, where the sunlights filter through the window facing the front door which looks onto Salento hill incomparable view.
Living area which is carefully embellished with tailor-made furniture, gives a great breadth setting thanks to French doors giving onto a private patio. Here guests can take complete rest while nursing our Masseria S. Elena wines and enjoying Salento countryside evocative view.
