As a matter of fact, the tasty dishes of our cooks rise from rich gastronomic Salento culture, with a particular attention to ingredients, in order to offer you every day an experience of freshness and authenticity.

Our secret is the love for our land and its produce, the increase in value of its food sources, and the respect for tradition and production cycles, in order to put on the table only the excellence of ingredients which have been carefully and with great love sorted.

In particular, the increase in value of our farm produce, such as Evo Nachiro olive oil, Masseria S. Elena wines, Masseria Chiusura di Sotto meats, garden vegetables and wild aromatic herbs, allows us to infuse into every dish the culture of a good cuisine through those genuine flavours of the past.

Our guests can delight specialties of our aperitifs made with fresh produce of our lands, such as olive oil EVO “Nachiro,” wines from Masseria S. Elena, meats from Masseria Chiusura di Sotto farming, and vegetables from our fields.
Our aperitifs follow the rhythm of the seasons, with ever-changing products in harmony with what the land offers. They are perfect at any time of day and can be enjoyed on the veranda, by the poolside, in the relaxation area, or in the splendid setting of the Tabacchi Room.
